Chalet le Suay is a traditional 18th century Savoyard demi-farmhouse in the sunny village of Servoz which has been fully renovated to a high standard, retaining period features while benefiting from modern fixtures and fittings. It is well equipped, along with having TV and wi-fi.

The main chalet has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is set over the first and second floors.

The entrance hall leads to an imposing open plan living room with original restored beams, a ceiling-hung stove, access to a balcony and underfloor heating. The kitchen is an Italian design with concrete worktops. Also on this floor there is a study with mezzanine sleeping deck, a WC and a double bedroom with ensuite shower room.

The second floor has two large bedrooms, the master bedroom with views across the valley and the children's bedroom which sleeps up to four, along with a superb bathroom with an Italian shower and a freestanding bath.

The ground floor guest flat has original oak floors and beams with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite).
